Job Description

The technician will be responsible for:

  • Working in the Service Centre for the repair, survey, test, and programming of equipment with operating instructions.
  • Traveling to customers place of business, installing equipment, suggesting areas for installation, troubleshooting, and testing equipment with operating instructions to ensure quality service values to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely completion of all job items by the team members.
  • Installation & Programming of radio equipment.
  • Diagnose faulty equipment and ensure repair.
  • Testing using a variety of equipment and recording results.
  • Assisting with a wide variety of operational projects.
  • Troubleshoot/Diagnose all issues from the customers.
  • Participate actively in Teamwork.
  • Participate actively in new projects implementation and deployment.
  • Participate in a 24×7 call-out rotation.
  • Providing clients with regular and timely incident updates.
  • Maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction.

Skills Requirements

  • Capability to work in team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve incidents.
  • Ability to work at height (Climbing ladder and mast).
  • Knowledge of transmission and operation in Telecommunication system.
  • Knowledge of Microwave and Wireless link.
  • Knowledge in single phase electrical installations.
  • Basic knowledge in IT/Network.
  • Ability to work during odd hours, including public holidays.
  • Clear communicator (written and verbal).
  • Driving License will be an advantage.

Job Description

You will be responsible for providing day to day support to the organization and resolving service requests or problems related to IT Assets.

Responsibilities

  • Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure smooth operation and to identify and address problems promptly
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Conducting regular system backups and data recovery in case of system failures
  • Managing and keeping track of IT inventory and equipment
  • Responsible for overseeing all IT services and support for end-users (monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, back-up, computer/server installation)
  • Undertake routine preventative measures and implement, maintain and monitor network security and performance.
  • Support administration of servers and server clusters.
  • Support management of IP phone.
  • To resolve complex problems and create and improve procedures
  • Administers process and tools that support and facilitate the asset tracking process related to the company’s activities.

Skills Requirements

  • Diploma in Information Technology
  • At least 1 year experience in similar position
  • Experience in Network configuration
  • Clear communicator (written and verbal)
  • Capable of prioritising and managing own workload
  • Self-motivated, proactive and seek to excel
  • Installation and administration of Windows Server
  • Deployment and mastering of workstations
  • Excellent research skills
  • Knowledge of network management and operation software

ATCOMM is recruiting a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join the company’s growing Broadband cluster.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and customer acquisition through cold calling & emailing.
  • Market research & analysis
  • Schedule meetings for senior sales executives
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns
  • Coordinate PlugNPlay Subscriptions and deployments.
  • Assist in monitoring the progress of ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Administration team.
  • Generate weekly report on sales for senior sales executives
  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, contracts, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Process sales orders internally

Skills Requirements

  • At least a diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or any other related field.
  • At least 2 years business-to-business experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunication sector.
  • Knowledge of broadband solutions will be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Holder of a valid Certificate of Character (Morality Certificate) and driving licence.
