Job Opportunities
The person will be responsible for leading, motivating and ensuring performance and objective of the Broadband cluster.
Responsibilities
- New business sales and account management for Broadband, Internet, Private WAN, Data hosting and SD-WAN solutions.
- Lead generation and customer acquisition through prospecting, cold calling, in-person visits, and telephone and email campaigns
- Prepare and deliver sales presentation to prospective customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention while continuously hunting and closing new business
- Build and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales budget
- Maintain and update the company’s Broadband CRM
- Prepare and implement pricing mechanisms and approaches
- Prepare commercial proposals and RFP/tender documents
- Planning and implementing medium to long term business strategies to achieve the company’s development objectives related to broadband services.
- Working closely with the Sales & Pre-sales Teams on strategic sales approach in view of winning new & repeat business
- Developing & maintaining profitable business relationships with key clients
- Setting company budgets and forecasts alongside the sales and Finance teams for Broadband Services cluster.
- Analysing opportunities for growth in market segments to drive profitability
- Analysis and advisory of the regional market and industry dynamics/continuously monitor competitors and new trends
- Explore specific market segments in the region and across Africa
Qualifications and Skills
- At least a degree in business, communication, marketing or any other related field.
- At least 5 years business-to-business experience in the broadband/telecommunication sector.
- Capability to lead and work in team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve incidents
- Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work during odd hours, including public holidays
- Clear communicator (written and verbal)
- Driving License
Remuneration

The technician will be responsible for:
- Working in the Service Centre for the repair, survey, test, and programming of equipment with operating instructions.
- Traveling to customers place of business, installing equipment, suggesting areas for installation, troubleshooting, and testing equipment with operating instructions to ensure quality service values to our clients.

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to our key customers on site and remotely. You will be responsible for research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner.
You will intervene with different systems and hardware and mainly on connectivity issues such as internet, last miles, or Wi-Fi and you will be in contact with the IT department of customers or equipment suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Resolving network issues, configuring systems, and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support or direct support on site.
- Taking ownership of key customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports and ensure all issues are properly logged.
- Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.
- Use your strong organizational skills to respond promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime (SLA) and exceed customer expectations for service.

We are looking for a Telecom Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing broadband services. You will be part of a systems engineering team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs.
The chosen candidate will be working closely with sales team and responsible for meeting with customers, understanding their operational model, the technology currently uses in their network, developing customized broadband solutions to address their technology needs, and work with the sales team.
The Telecom Network Engineer will be responsible for technology evaluation, equipment standardization, documentation, and network architecture. The position has an emphasis in layer 2 and 3 services and will mainly focus on WAN technologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales department by acting as technical expert in customer presentations.
- Explaining the benefits of our broadband services.
- Providing technical demonstrations and use cases of the system.
- Support the sales department to answer RFI/RFQ/RFP by managing and interpreting customer requirements.
- Provide engineering, design, and implementation solutions for multiple broadband architectures.
- Develop and document solution architecture for customer and our own infrastructure.
- Establishes the implementation plan by leading installation, testing, and commissioning the system.
- Develop customer test plan to successfully implement service.
- Develop, document, and deploy methodologies for testing performance and providing network performance statistics and reports.
- Maximizes system efficiency by monitoring performance, troubleshooting problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, collaborating with the customer technical team.
- Provides the support and training.
- Liaise with our service providers and suppliers to define the best configuration that optimise system capabilities and provide stable and reliable operations to successfully deliver projects.
- Identify and evaluate the integration of new technologies adding value to our services.

- Knowledge of Microwave and Wireless link.
- Have a working knowledge of Virtualization technologies (VMware).
- Installation and administration of Windows Server.
- Knowledge of MySQL/SQL database.
- Ability to learn and become technically proficient with new technologies quickly.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of prioritising and managing own workload.
- Master’s Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 1 plus years of WAN architecture and design experience.
